Brick-breaking has been around for decades, and Aleinoid gives it a space-invader makeover. Rather than plain bricks, the wall is built from alien blocks, with a few special blocks mixed in to shake up the rhythm. Clear every alien from the screen and the level is yours.
There are 24 levels to work through, so the puzzle keeps changing. One detail rewards careful play: the point on the paddle where the ball lands decides which way it flies off. Learn to use the corners and you can place shots on purpose. You move the paddle with a mouse or touchpad, and the whole game runs in your browser.

Use your mouse or touchpad to slide the paddle. It is listed for phones too, where you drag with a finger.
Wipe out every alien block by bouncing the ball into them. The game has 24 levels, and the part of the paddle you use steers the ball.
