Arithmetic gets a puzzle makeover in Sum Numbers. Rather than answering sums on paper, you slide numbered blocks around and connect the terms that belong together. It feels closer to a logic game than a school exercise, which is the whole charm.
Movement is by swipe, so everything happens with a quick drag of a finger or a mouse. Each stage is a small problem that you solve by looking for combinations before you commit to a move. Keep it for a short break and you will probably stay for a few more levels. It is light on rules and heavy on mental arithmetic, and it runs fine on a phone.

Swipe with your finger on a touchscreen, or click and drag with a mouse. The blocks slide in the direction you swipe.
Basic addition is enough. The challenge is spotting which numbers fit together, so it is more logic than heavy calculation.
