Part runner, part penalty taker: Run and Shoot: GOAL! sends you down a 3D track where you dodge obstacles and opposing players while collecting blue power. That power matters later, because the more you gather, the harder you hit the ball and the lower the goalkeeper's chance of saving it.
Steer sideways with the two horizontal arrow keys and press the space bar to jump. Once you reach the shot, the same sideways arrows steer the ball. Hitting sticks costs a small amount of power, while crashing into obstacles takes much more. You can even swap characters at halftime. Score to clear the level and advance to the following one.
