Numbers take a night off in Halloween Sudoku, replaced by spooky items you place in the grid. The classic rule stays in force, though: each row, each column and each 3x3 box must hold every item exactly once.
That means a bit of careful deduction. Look for rows or boxes that are nearly full, work out which item is missing and fill it in, then use the new piece to unlock the next. It is a pure logic puzzle, with no clock and no luck involved. The mouse handles everything, and the tall 1280x1920 layout is comfortable on a phone. It is free to play in the browser, and needs no download or sign-up.

Yes. Halloween Sudoku is free, runs in your browser, and needs no download, installation or sign-up.
It uses Halloween items instead of digits, but the rule is the same: no repeats along a row, down a column or inside a 3x3 box.
Use the mouse to select a cell and place an item. It also works on touch screens in the browser.
