Multicolored jellybeans and cakes cover the board, and each one has a partner waiting at the other end. Cake Link asks you to draw a path between matching treats, by dragging a mouse or a fingertip, without crossing the lines of others.
A bulb-shaped icon at the bottom right offers a hint when you need one. There are five modes, from Novice up to Nightmare, and each large level is split into smaller stages that you finish against the clock. That structure gives both beginners and seasoned puzzlers something to chew on.
